Grey is a go-to versatile kitchen colour that can be used in an endless number of ways. But when choosing a grey kitchen colour scheme, you’ll first need to think about whether you want a warm or cool kitchen colour scheme.
Opting for greys that sit on the warm colour palette will create a calm and inviting space. Pick your favourite toasty neutral shade, and then add some warming wood-effect cabinetry using our Ligna range.
2 - Cool kitchen colour schemes

Mixing cooler greys creates a crisp, contemporary look fantastic for smaller spaces, as the lightness of the colours helps brighten up the space and keep it looking airy.

4 - Statement kitchen colour scheme

5 - Contrasting kitchen colour schemes

Mixing two distinctly different kitchen colours creates a big impact. A simple way to do this is to choose a contrasting kitchen island. Choosing your more vibrant colour for the island allows it to really stand out against the backdrop created by your run of cabinets.
Alternatively, you could choose one colour for your base cabinets and another for your wall units. As a rule of thumb, choose the lighter colour for your wall cabinets and the darker colour for the base cabinets.

Gone are the days when kitchens are limited to light colours. If you’re looking for a dramatic look, opt for a dark kitchen colour scheme.
Dark kitchen colours are a fantastic option for larger spaces too, as light cabinets would simply get lost in the space.
